Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received and acknowledged.

The remaining balance is due prior to the commencement of services on your first event date and is payable in exact cash unless otherwise agreed. Any additional services approved on the day must also be paid in full on the day.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the services requested at the time of enquiry and may change if your booking details are amended.

Travel fees are based on the location provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the booking location may result in revised travel fees. Parking, valet and similar charges are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the first event date will incur the full booking amount. Changes to booking details or services are subject to availability.

Clients are expected to be ready at their allocated start time. Significant delays may affect the schedule, reduce service time and may incur additional charges where extra time is required.

Additional services or people requested on the day are subject to availability and must be paid for on the day.

Clients must advise of any allergies, medical conditions or contagious illnesses prior to their appointment. Any concerns with hair or makeup must be raised before completion of the service so adjustments can be made. Refunds are not available once services have been completed.

Hair must be clean, completely dry and prepared as advised prior to your appointment. Blow-drying is not included unless agreed in writing. Rental hair extensions must be returned in their original condition or replacement charges may apply.

Unless otherwise requested before your appointment, photographs and videos taken by Shelly may be used for portfolio, website and social media purposes.

In the unlikely event that Shelly is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond her reasonable control (including serious illness, accident, natural disaster or other unforeseen events), every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement artist. Where this is not possible, any payments received (excluding services already provided) will be refunded in full.
